The past couple of months have allegedly been very difficult for Katie Holmes.

In its Nov. 8 issue, Star claimed that the actress couldn’t even find a reason to get out of bed in the morning. After all, she’s dealing with a lot but she doesn’t have anyone to share her struggles with.

The tabloid published a photo of Holmes sitting outdoors by herself. She doesn’t have any makeup on her face, and she’s also wearing baggy clothes.

A source for the tabloid claimed that the actress’s recent appearance was what convinced them that she’s going through something.

“Katie swears she’s OK, but she struggles to get out of bed every morning and sometimes spends weekends just hitting the snooze button. The truth is, she has no man, she’s going through financial problems, and she’s really stressed out. Everyone is really concerned that she’s starting to lose it,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Holmes’ family and friends want to be there for her, but she’s refusing their help. In fact, the Dawson’s Creek star prefers to do things on her own even if this just makes her even sadder.

“Katie says she’s happy being single, but everyone knows that she goes through periods of loneliness. And it’s obvious that she’s in one right now,” the source said.

After all these years, the tabloid insisted that Holmes is still reeling following her split from Jamie Foxx. In fact, the actress allegedly dated Emilio Vitolo to help her get over Foxx.

Unfortunately, Vitolo wasn’t much of a help because he just used the actress for fame. And when he made headlines for being with Holmes, he called it quits with her.

So, Holmes was allegedly left behind with Foxx still in her mind and in her heart. But the actor-musician can’t seem to forgive Holmes because she previously claimed that their relationship ended because Foxx didn’t want to get married.

However, the source said that Foxx told Holmes very early on that he doesn’t want to tie the knot. And the actress still dated him so he thought that this was her way of accepting and respecting what he wanted.

But none of the tabloid’s claims are correct. Holmes isn’t a recluse, and she’s not also keeping her problems to herself. No one knows for sure if the actress is going through a hard time right now.

And Holmes not wearing makeup in public isn’t enough proof that she’s sad and broken.
