Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Allegedly Divided Over Baby No. 3
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are allegedly not on the same page when it comes to having another baby.
In its Feb. 13 issue, Heat UK claimed that Prince Harry and Markle are enjoying their time as parents to Archie and Lilibet but they also can’t help but feel sad that their kids are getting older. So, they want to have another baby at home.
“They adore the life they’ve carved out for themselves in Montecito. Their house is super-spacious and they have a beautiful garden where they can relax by themselves or with the kids. Plus, being close to the beach is a huge bonus. They consider themselves beyond blessed to have these wonderful, healthy, happy kids and they love being parents so much. It’s an idyllic life and having one more baby would be the icing on the cake,” the source said.
However, Prince Harry previously declared that he and Markle will stop after having two kids. At the time, he was even accused of throwing shade at Prince William, who has three kids with Kate Middleton.
“They know they’ll be judged harshly if they go back on their word and give ammunition to the critics who call them hypocrites. At the time, they were deadly serious about sticking to two kids for the sake of the planet, but things change. Harry really wishes he’d never made that promise,” the source said.
The source also claimed that between Prince Harry and Markle, the former is the one who is more worried about the backlash that they could receive if they have another baby.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that Prince Harry and Markle have plans to have another baby. If they are planning on having more kids, they will most likely iron out all the details in private first. And they will only share the news once the Duchess of Sussex is already pregnant.
After all, it’s not necessarily ideal for the couple to announce their baby-making plans very early on especially considering the fact that Markle is already in her 40s.
As such, it’s obvious that the tabloid just made up this storyline about Prince Harry and Markle for clickbait purposes and to yet again suggest that their words cannot be trusted.
