Jennifer Aniston Allegedly Panicking Over Matthew Perry’s Upcoming Book Tour Because He Should Share Some Major Secrets
Jennifer Aniston and her other Friends co-stars are allegedly panicking over Matthew Perry’s upcoming book tour. After all, they are convinced that the actor could share some shocking secrets.
Days before his memoir was released, Perry sat down for a series of interviews about his book. And it was during these conversations that he name-dropped his Friends co-stars, as well as Julia Roberts, Keanu Reeves, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
So, according to Heat UK, the cast of Friends know that this is just the beginning for Perry. And they also strongly believe that it’s only a matter of time before he shares more about his co-stars’ lives.
“The word is Matthew’s gone fairly easy on them in the memoir, but there’s the looming worry about what he’ll say on this tour, where the questions will be just as much about what happened off-set. The brutal reality is that people are going to want the juice over what went on behind the scenes at Central Perk, so Matthew is under pressure to deliver on that,” the source said.
The insider also claimed that Aniston and her co-stars have been talking and planning how they can brace themselves for the things that Perry would say.
“Nobody is depriving Matthew of the right to tell his story on his own terms, but there’s some concern. Jen is relieved that he’s being kind toward her and how supportive she was back in the day, but she’s nervous he could delve into what she was going through with Brad,” the source said.
The source also claimed that the cast of Friends had an unofficial bro code, where they agreed not to talk about each other’s personal lives during interviews and elsewhere. So, if Perry decides to break this code, everyone would be upset with him.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that Perry plans to talk about the lives of his co-stars in his upcoming tour.
Of course, the things that the actor would discuss are the ones that he already wrote in his memoir. And by now fans already know that it includes his Friends co-stars and other celebrities.
However, his intention has always been clear and it’s not to demean his co-stars or destroy their reputations.
