Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan Have Been Getting On Each Other’s Nerves For Years? Here’s The Truth
Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan are two of the best country artists of their generation. And even though they’ve been friends for years, there are rumors that they are just faking things for show.
According to National Enquirer, Shelton and Bryan usually tease each other and joke about an alleged feud whenever they are outperforming. But what fans don’t realize is that there’s more truth to their jokes than what they might.
“They may pretend their feud is all fun and games, but people around them know they get on each other’s nerves big time. They’re rivals in country music and everything else,” the source said.
The source also claimed that Shelton and Bryan’s friendship was affected by the former’s divorce from Miranda Lambert. After all, Lambert and Bryan are good friends.
“Luke tends to side with Miranda whenever there’s an issue, and it burns Blake’s gut like nothing else. Luke’s also been known to drop by Miranda’s Casa Rosa eatery for a bite even though he has his own bar in downtown Nashville. He avoids Blake’s establishment,” the source said.
Bryan has also allegedly been telling his friends that Shelton’s farm skills are obviously lacking.
“He prides himself on his eponymous snacks that come right from his own cornfield, while Blake wouldn’t buy Luke’s popcorn if it was the only one on the shelf. Blake said only family and close friends were invited,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. There’s no proof that Bryan and Shelton are really at odds with each other. And the country artists’ jokes about an alleged feud are nothing more than that.
There’s also no reason for Bryan to side with Lambert following her divorce from Shelton. Since the world of country music is not that big in Nashville and Hollywood, it wouldn’t make sense to trash each other.
By the looks of it, the tabloid just made up this story about Bryan and Shelton for clickbait purposes. But it is important to remember that the majority of tabloid stories about different celebrities and politicians are mostly baseless. As such, they are not to be believed.
For now, Bryan and Shelton are busy with their respective families and careers that they don’t have time to hate on each other.
