Did Blake Shelton And Gwen Stefani Make Fun Of Miranda Lambert’s Appearance Following Her Weight Gain?
Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Miranda Lambert have once again been sparking rumors of an alleged feud.
National Enquirer's source claimed that Lambert gained a considerable amount of weight in recent months and she has been feeling insecure. But when Stefani and Shelton saw what she looks like now, they allegedly laughed at her in private.
“She and Blake laughed about how dodged a bigger-than-ever bullet when he left Miranda and hooked up with Gwen. When their jokes made their way back to Miranda, she was hurt,” the source said.
Luckily for Lambert, she has her husband by her side. Brendan McLoughlin allegedly assured the country singer that he loves her regardless of her body type.
Still, the tabloid quoted a certain physician as saying that Lambert packed on the pounds. And the source believes that the singer now weighs 170 pounds.
“She looks like she weighs all that and maybe more. Miranda knows she’s put on weight and put a lot of the blame on the pandemic and just being relaxed and content with Brendan. While the country was in lockdown, Miranda couldn’t tour. She holed up on her Tennessee ranch with Brendan, indulging herself in her favorite Southern food,” the source said.
The source added that Lambert became a tad bit obnoxious when she ended up marrying a buff man whose body didn’t compare to Shelton's.
“You could tell Miranda was just basking in the attention Brendan got and being able to say, ‘Yup, ladies, he’s mine!’ Miranda was hurt by Blake and Gwen’s insensitive comments. But she feels like she’s the winner here,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. There’s no proof that Shelton and Stefani secretly laughed after seeing how much weight Lambert gained.
This storyline doesn’t just sound offensive for Lambert; it’s also equally offensive for Shelton and Stefani who are minding their own business.
By the looks of it, the tabloid just concocted these claims to make it seem as though there’s still bad blood between Shelton and Lambert. However, the exes have already moved on from their divorce years ago. And it seems only the tabloids haven’t gotten over what happened.
Lambert is happily married to her husband, McLoughlin. And the same can be said about Shelton and Stefani, who will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary on July 3.
