Britney Spears and her dad, Jamie Spears are still at odds with each other.

A source told Star that Jamie has not completely stopped trying to take control of his daughter. In fact, the patriarch allegedly plans to depose the “Toxic” singer for all the negative things she’s been saying about him in her interviews.

The source also claimed that reports that Britney is gearing for a tell-all have not gone well with her dad.

“She claims through her court filings and through her social media to know all kinds of information relating to her allegations of wrongdoing,” the source said.

But the same insider also claimed that Jamie has the right to prepare his case and depose his own daughter.

However, for Britney, it’s just a case of another bad business.

“Britney is appalled by her dad’s request, but she’s not surprised. She agrees with her legal team’s assessment that this is a classic case of Jamie trying to deflect from his own bad behavior. She will fight back hard and doesn’t doubt justice will prevail,” the source said.

The feud between Britney and her dad has been ongoing for quite some time. In fact, it all started years ago when Jamie tried to take control of his daughter’s income and life in general.

Months ago, Jamie was removed as his daughter’s conservator. But this still didn’t repair the father and daughter’s relationship. In fact, the singer continued to attack her dad during her interviews.

Britney previously said that it was Jamie who ordered her to get an IUD to prevent her from getting pregnant. And after her conservatorship was lifted, the singer immediately had it removed.

Months later, Britney announced that she was expecting her first child with Sam Asghari. Unfortunately, she suffered a miscarriage just weeks into the pregnancy.

Now, Britney and Asghari are officially married. They also purchased an $11 million house that they now share as husband and wife.

The source claimed that the couple couldn’t care less about what other people say about them. After all, the most important thing is that they are together.

However, Britney’s family is allegedly convinced that her marriage to Asghari won’t last. After all, the fitness coach is allegedly just using the singer because of her money and her fame. However, these claims have not been proven.
