Demi Moore’s family and friends are allegedly worried that she could be headed for another heartbreak.

In its May 2 issue, OK! magazine claimed that Moore just started dating her chef boyfriend, Daniel Humm a few months ago. But the actress is already very serious about their relationship.

However, a source claimed that Humm isn’t exactly on the same page with Moore because he’s much younger than the actress.

“She has only been dating him for a few months, but she already thinks they could have a long-term future together. Trouble is, Daniel is known in Manhattan circles for being a major player, and with her history, that’s the last thing Demi needs,” the source said.

The source added that it’s evident that Moore has a weakness for younger and edgier guys just like her ex, Ashton Kutcher. But those around her want her to be more careful.

“Now her friends and family fear things could end badly again. Her daughters Rumer, Scout, Tallulah, and the rest of her inner circle are all concerned that Daniel’s just using her for fame. They’re pleading with Demi not to get carried away, but she’s beyond smitten,” the source said.

Last week, National Enquirer published a similar story about the Ghost star. The tabloid claimed that Moore has become so obsessed with Humm and it’s making her family and friends concerned.

“Demi’s all over this guy. Trouble is, Daniel is known in Manhattan circles for being a major player, which is not what Demi needs as she eases into the dating scene after seven years of being single. She’s always had a weakness for younger, edgier guys who are theoretically easier to control. And in recent years, her only fun times were with the hired help, since she didn’t want the baggage that comes with trusting her heart again,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloids’ claims with a grain of salt.

First, the two sources seemingly just rehashed each other’s claims making it old and unfounded.

Second, there’s no proof that Moore is obsessed with Humm or that the latter is just playing with the actress’s feelings because he’s more focused on his fame.

All these claims are just based on hearsays and shouldn’t be taken seriously by the readers and those that love and support Moore.
