Demi Moore’s family and friends are allegedly worried that she could be headed for another heartbreak.

In its April 25 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Moore is so smitten with her new boyfriend, Daniel Humm. But the much younger guy allegedly has a reputation for being a player.

“Demi’s all over this guy. Trouble is, Daniel is known in Manhattan circles for being a major player, which is not what Demi needs as she eases into the dating scene after seven years of being single. She’s always had a weakness for younger, edgier guys who are theoretically easier to control. And in recent years, her only fun times were with the hired help, since she didn’t want the baggage that comes with trusting her heart again,” the source said.

Before she dated Humm, Moore has not been in a relationship for quite some time. The Ghost star tried to protect her heart following her tumultuous divorce from Ashton Kutcher. But Humm changed everything for the actress.

“She’s fallen hard for him and wants more than casual hookups. Demi’s infatuation and Daniel’s past have, of course, set off alarm bells for her girls and the rest of her support system in L.A., who worry he’s using her for fame. They’re pleading with Demi not to get carried away but out of nowhere she’s beyond smitten,” the source said.

While it is true that Moore is madly in love with her boyfriend, it’s not true that she’s worried about Humm cheating on her. The couple’s relationship is private so not much is known about how they are towards each other.

As such, the tabloid’s claims that Moore’s family and friends are concerned about her suffering another heartbreak aren’t true either. What’s important is that the actress is happy and in love.

Meanwhile, Moore is standing by her ex-husband, Bruce Willis as he battles a life-threatening disease. The actress was also the one that released a statement regarding the actor’s deteriorating health weeks ago.

“As a result of this and with much consideration, Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him,” the statement, which was signed by Willis’ daughters, read.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Willis’ friends from the industry noticed some signs that he’s struggling years ago, but it was only recently that he was diagnosed with aphasia.
