95% unique Sarah Ferguson allegedly has her sights set on Colin Firth.

In its March 21 issue, OK! magazine claimed that Ferguson’s friends have been urging her to distance herself from Prince Andrew.

The Duke and Duchess of York have been divorced since 1996, but they still live together at the Royal Lodge.

Even though they never officially got back together, royal experts are convinced that they are pretty much an unofficial couple because of their setup.

But following Prince Andrew’s sexual abuse case, Ferguson’s friends have allegedly become more persistent in encouraging her to date someone else.

“Fergie’s always been Andrew’s biggest supporter, but this lawsuit took a lot out of her. Her friends have been pushing her to get out and date again to help get her mind off all the horrible things going on with him,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Ferguson and Firth have already met when they discussed the former’s romance novel, Her Heart for a Compass. The Duchess of York allegedly wants to bring the story to the big screen.

“She wanted to offer Colin a role, and it was supposed to be a quick business meal, but it turned into this epic-four-hour romantic dinner. They had wine and dessert and could hardly tear themselves away. She was on cloud nine when she left,” the source said.

However, the insider backtracked a bit by saying that Ferguson is quite cautious around Firth. After all, she also knows the actor’s complicated dating history.

Firth was married to his ex-wife for 22 years before they officially split in 2019.

“She’s got high hopes for a movie and has a better chance of getting it greenlit by a studio if he signs on. But having a relationship with him could make work complicated. Still, her pals are telling her to go for it. Sarah needs some fun in her life,” the source said.

This isn’t the first time that Ferguson was linked to Firth. Ever since the actor got divorced, tabloids have already been pairing him with Ferguson.

But if there’s anything romantic going on between the two, more reputable sources would’ve already reported on it.

The fact that only the tabloids are claiming that Ferguson and Firth are an item proves that they are just making up this story for clickbait purposes.
