Princess Diana’s former royal butler, Paul Burrell recently shared his thoughts about Camilla’s future royal title and Prince Harry’s possible reaction to it.

While speaking with Closer UK, Burrell said that Prince Harry must have been riled up when he heard Queen Elizabeth’s statement.

Even though he has a wonderful relationship with his stepmom, Prince Harry will most likely have a difficult time accepting the fact that Camilla inherited the title that should’ve belonged to Princess Diana.

“It’ll be like a red rag to a bull for Harry – he’ll be angry. While I don’t think he has disdain for Camilla as a person, I think it’ll rile him and he’ll feel betrayed that she’ll now be queen when that should have been his mother. He’ll be livid,” he said.

Burrell added that even though Prince Harry and Meghan Markle didn’t react to the queen’s statement, it’s only a matter of time before Prince Harry says something. After all, Camilla being styled as queen consort will rehash his trauma.

Princess Diana’s former royal butler also admitted that he wasn’t all too happy when he heard that Camilla will be styled as queen consort. After all, he’s still loyal to his late boss, Princess Diana.

But Burrell cannot also deny the fact that Camilla would serve as a wonderful support system for Prince Charles.

Going back to Prince Harry, he said that the dad of two could reveal some of Camilla’s secrets as his way of retaliating against her future royal title.

The Duke of Sussex previously said that he enjoys watching The Crown. And fans of the show know that Camilla is depicted negatively on the program.

“I think this recent news would have rehashed old feelings and brought back unhappy memories and childhood trauma. And it’s likely that it’ll be in his book. I really think Harry will tell the world what he thinks and feels about Camilla and the divorce scandal, as that hit him extremely hard,” the source said.

However, it is important to note that all the claims made by Princess Diana’s former royal butler are just based on his own interpretations and stand on the matter.

As of late, Prince Harry has not reacted to the news and it’s unlikely that he ever will. After all, not all members of the royal family reacted to the news either.
