Ben Affleck is allegedly very thrilled to have his future mother-in-law, Guadalupe Rodriguez at home.

In its Jan. 10 issue, Star claimed that Jennifer Lopez’s mom recently moved in with her and Affleck.

And even though most people would be stressed to have their future-in-law at home, Affleck is the exact opposite. After all, the Batman v Superman actor and Rodriguez are very close.

“They love having her around. She’s always doing special little things to make their house a home. Lupe always wanted J. Lo to marry him and was so sorry when they split up the first time. She’d love to see them get married at last,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Lopez’s mom has been cooking all sorts of Spanish dishes for the couple.

“She’s making them wonderful Latin dishes like fried pork chops, rice, and veggies. The kitchen smells so good and homey. She’s doesn’t hover when they need some alone time,” the source said.

However, there’s no proof that Lopez’s mom moved in with her and Affleck recently. And there’s no reason for her too because she has her own home.

The fact that the tabloid did not give any reason why Rodriguez would move in with the couple seems fishy.

Rodriguez has not also commented on Lopez and Affleck’s relationship so no one knows for sure what she thinks about the couple getting back together.

And it also seems unlikely for Rodriguez to be urging Lopez and Affleck to tie the knot when the couple isn’t even in a rush to do so.

In August, there were reports suggesting that Rodriguez is close to Affleck and that Lopez’s mom couldn’t be happier to learn that the couple got back together after 20 years.

“In the past, Jennifer's mom and Ben were very close. Guadalupe loved Ben. She was sad when they couldn't work things out years ago. She is thrilled that they are back together now. Jennifer is very close with her mom. It's very important to her that the person she is with gets along with her mom,” the source told People.

However, it is important to note that this statement still didn’t come from Lopez, Affleck, or even Rodriguez. So, it’s still possible for the source to just be speculating on Affleck’s relationship with Lopez’s mom.
