Alec Baldwin is still under investigation following the accidental shooting on the set of Rust.

But what fans do not know is that this isn’t the first time that the actor witnessed an on-set accident.

In its Jan. 10 issue, National Enquirer revealed that a firefighter died in 2018 after a fire erupted in an old building being used in one of Baldwin’s movies. However, not much attention was given to the firefighter’s death because Baldwin was the one that caused the fire.

Three years later, the actor is once again involved in another on-set tragedy. Even though he’s not being blamed for the death of assistant director Halyna Hutchins, a source said that Baldwin should’ve been more careful.

After all, he already experienced what it’s like to be part of a tragedy while filming for his movie.

“Baldwin’s already seen someone die while making one of his movies. If anybody should be sensitive to safety concerns on a set, it should be him,” the source said.

During a recent interview, Baldwin tried to wash his hands off from what happened by saying that he didn’t pull the trigger. However, his critics are questioning this statement because the gun wouldn’t have gone off if no one pulled the trigger.

“Something terrible happened on two productions Baldwin was a part of. It speaks to a larger problem of a lack of safety on these film sets. It’s a shame another person had to die for us to be talking about it,” the source said.

Meanwhile, Baldwin also made headlines this week after the actor said that he initially planned to travel and sleep during his pre-retirement age. But after meeting his wife, Hilaria Baldwin his life changed.

After all, Hilaria is much younger than the actor so, at 63, he’s still taking care of his six children.

In 2011, Baldwin and Hilaria first met at an event. The actor approached the yoga instructor even though they didn’t know each other.

Baldwin told Hilaria that he thinks he should know her before giving the latter his card.

The rest is history for the couple. And even after the on-set tragedy, the couple stayed together and showed the public just how united they really are.

Hilaria rushed to the set of Rust after learning about the accident. And she also urged reporters to stop interviewing her husband who was visibly stressed at the time.
