While a recent article insists that Katie Holmes plans to relocate from New York City to Los Angeles, a spokesperson of the actress claims that the story has been made up.

A tabloid claims that Holmes plans to shift to California with her daughter Suri soon. The magazine has published an article where it has been asserted that the actress has been looking for a change of scenery. 

The report states that the actress has been traveling extensively between NYC and LA for years. She allegedly regrets the recent decision of selling her home in Los Angeles. 

It has been also claimed that the “Batman Begins” star has become fed up with New York as she feels the city is too crowded. The outlet even asserted that Holmes and Suri left their apartment in NYC in March and is spending the lockdown period at a rented house in California.

A dubious insider has declared that Suri has always considered Los Angeles as her second home. The source added that while Suri would easily adjust to life in LA, Holmes is still unwilling to take her daughter out of the NYC school. 

The magazine also insists that the actress would possibly relocate when her daughter goes to college. The unnamed insider declared that Holmes always tries to make decisions based on what she feels is “best for her daughter.”

Holmes was recently asked by InStyle about her decision to shift to New York City in 2012 after splitting from her former husband Tom Cruise. The magazine stated there was so much attention on the actress when she moved to NYC then 

Katie Holmes accepted that there was a lot of curiosity and she had an intense time then. To top it off, her child was just 6-year-old at that time. However, the actress made many friends in the city who helped them out during that crucial period. 

The actress has several fond memories of NYC and remembers how a cab driver once helped her in opening the door so that her child does not wake up. The driver was so kind that he even helped her to carry Suri to the building. 

Gossip Cop feels that the story of Holmes planning to relocate to California is completely fabricated. The website shared that the actress has even attached the area code of New York to her Instagram handle. 

The outlet further asserted that they had got in touch with a representative of Katie Holmes who has the authority to speak on the actress’s behalf. The spokesperson confirmed that there is “no truth at all” to these stories.
