Kate Middleton Is About To Make This Heartbreaking Sacrifice This Christmas
UK royal family have seen so much misery in 2021. As Christmas gets near, more rumors appear. Royal expert claimed that Kate Middleton is about to make a heartbreaking sacrifice for the UK royal family this Christmas.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl revealed Kate would be putting "duty before self" this year, which meant she would not be spending Christmas with the Middleton family to be with Queen Elizabeth II instead.
This will be the first year the monarch will be spending Christmas without her late husband. In addition, she is also facing a number of health issues as of late.
Nicholl revealed the Cambridges would usually alternate Christmas celebrations between the royal family and the Middletons. But this year, the duke and duchess would be putting their duties before themselves, Express noted.
"We can see that, more now than ever," she said. This just means Kate would be making a big sacrifice for her duty, knowing how big of a thing Christmas is for her family.
She and her husband have to put the Queen first and make sure they are with her on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Sandringham. Anyhow, this will be at the advantage of the Cambridge kids.
Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will get to celebrate Christmas twice. The first one is with their great-grandmother and the royal family, while the second is with the Middletons at their Bucklebury home.
Meanwhile, talking about the festive season, Nicholl also claimed Kate and Prince William would, of course, buy Christmas presents for Prince Harry and Meghan's kids, Archie and Lilibet, this year.
They are willing to make this great move despite the continuation of the alleged rift between them. Nicholl told OK! magazine that the future king and queen are set to give gifts to the whole family, including the Sussexes children.
Her comments came amid the rumors that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would not spend the holidays with the royal family. The couple may stay in their £11-million mansion in California after, allegedly, turning down the invitation to spend the festive period with Queen Elizabeth to avoid big media scrutiny.
A royal source also told Page Six there would be a lot of issues they also had to face with the logistics and the planning of the family Christmas, so the staff knew Meghan and Prince Harry were not coming. If they would, they had already told the royal family about it now.
