Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston will allegedly be celebrating Christmas together.

In its Dec. 13 issue, OK! magazine claimed that Pitt came up with the idea of celebrating the holidays with his ex-wife, Aniston. And to his surprise, the Friends star said yes.

“They’ve locked in a ton of fun gatherings with friends and plan on co-hosting a large tree-trimming bash at Jen’s house to get the good times rolling. They are both on their own and in town so they feel that hanging out is a no-brainer and even a little romantic,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Aniston invited Pitt to celebrate Thanksgiving with her and her friends, and he also said yes. The exes allegedly bonded with Aniston’s pals like Courteney Cox, Laura Dern, and Jason Bateman.

“It’s one of the most elite parties of the year. This is when Jen really opens up the guest list and includes a who’s who of A-listers. Brad’s proudly sober but plans on mixing up a non-boozy punch. He’s happy to be busy,” the source said.

Meanwhile, the source also claimed that Pitt couldn’t be more grateful for Aniston’s support especially amid his ongoing custody battle with Angelina Jolie.

The dad of six is happy that he has Aniston in his corner and sees this is as a blessing.

“She’s incredibly levelheaded and pragmatic with advice, plus she still has the ability to make him laugh. When Jen’s going through a tough time, he’s got her back. Knowing that he’s looking out for her changed everything. Jen feels safe and secure,” the source said.

Rumors suggesting that Pitt and Aniston are celebrating the holidays together is not new. In fact, almost every year tabloids insist that the exes will spend time with each other during the festive season.

However, none of these tables are able to prove their claims. And even the most recent story about Aniston and Pitt reuniting for Christmas remains difficult to prove because it’s not true.

There is no reason for Pitt and Aniston to celebrate the holidays together because they are not dating. The two are just friends and they also have other family members to celebrate the important occasion with.

Pitt and Aniston have not reunited in private for years. The last time that the two hung out with Aniston’s friends was during the actress’s 50th birthday party years ago.
