Jennifer Garner, John Miller Allegedly Traveled To New York For Their Secret Engagement
Jennifer Garner and John Miller allegedly traveled to New York to get engaged over the weekend.
In its Nov. 15 issue, In Touch Weekly claimed that Garner and Miller have been spending a lot of time with each other, and they couldn’t be happier.
“Spending time with Jen there made him realize how much he loves her. He’s crazy about her, so he seized the moment. They were on the West Side walking after dinner and discussing their future together, where they wanted to travel, etc. The sun was setting, and the weather was perfect. The romance was definitely in the air,” the source said.
The insider said that it was during this special moment that Miller went down on his knee and asked Garner to marry him. The Alias actress did not have any doubts that’s why she immediately said yes to her boyfriend.
According to the source, Garner and Miller are still figuring out what their setup would be especially since the latter lives in New York and the actress resides in Los Angeles.
For now, the CEO travels to Los Angeles are often as possible so that he could spend time with Garner and her kids.
The source said that when it comes to the couple’s wedding, it’s highly likely for them to hold it in Los Angeles.
“Even though John is from New York, they want to marry on the West Coast, probably in wine country. But they’re not rushing it – they’re shooting for springtime 2022. They really get each other and see things in similar ways. And it’s not a competition with Ben to see who gets to the altar first. Jen couldn’t care less about stuff like that. She’s happy – that’s what’s most important to her,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. After all, Garner and Miller are not yet engaged. And even if they are, it’s unlikely for them to be in competition with Affleck and Lopez.
Affleck and Lopez are not engaged either, and the A-listers just got back together following their split in 2004. So, it’s unlikely that they’re in a rush to settle down.
The same can be said about Garner and Miller, who started dating just before the pandemic. The couple even split for a couple of months, and they just got back together in May. So, it’s unlikely for them to also be in a rush to settle down.
