Princess Beatrice allegedly skipped her mom Sarah Ferguson’s 62nd birthday celebration because of her dad, Prince Andrew.

In its Nov. 1 issue, New Idea claimed that Princess Eugenie was the only member of the York family that attended Fergie’s birthday dinner.

Initially, some concerned fans thought that Princess Beatrice skipped her mom’s simple celebration because she had just given birth to her daughter, Sienna. However, they soon realized that Princess Beatrice has been making public appearances with her in-laws even though she had just given birth.

With this, the tabloid speculated on the possibility that Fergie and Princess Beatrice are not on good terms right now. And it may all be because of the Duke of York.

“It seems very telling that Bea would avoid such an important occasion. There have been a lot of disagreements and they’ve always patched things up, but a birthday no-show is a real shock,” the source said.

The insider claimed that Fergie has always wanted to protect her ex-husband amid allegations of sexual abuse. However, it’s possible that Princess Beatrice thinks that her dad needs to pay for what he’s done that is if he will be proven guilty.

“Beatrice and Fergie’s battle over where to draw the loyalty lines with Andrew in public has hit tipping point since he was served with the sexual assault lawsuit. Beatrice is very angry at her father,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. After all, there is no proof that Princess Beatrice wants her dad to be convicted.

In fact, the Yorks have always been a strong family unit. So, it’s unlikely for Princess Beatrice to not be supportive of her dad.

It’s possible for the new mom to have skipped Fergie’s birthday dinner because it took place at night. Since she just gave birth to her daughter, she and Sienna may have already established their night-time routine.

Royal fans should know that Princess Beatrice’s sightings with her in-laws all took place early in the day or at least before nighttime. Fergie’s dinner, on the other hand, took place late at night.

As of late, Prince Andrew has not been convicted of anything either. And there are even rumor suggesting that Queen Elizabeth spoke with Scotland Yard to stop them from investigating Prince Andrew.

However, this claim hasn’t been proven accurate either.
