Jennifer Lopez is allegedly struggling to impress Ben Affleck’s friends, most especially Amal Clooney.

In its Oct. 25 issue, New Idea claimed that Lopez was absolutely terrified about meeting Clooney. And their double date with Affleck and George Clooney immediately turned awkward.

“Amal has a very quick brain and she speaks quickly as well, so poor Jen was completely bamboozled,” the source said.

The insider added that it wasn’t Amal’s intention to stress Lopez out because the former is actually a huge fan of the latter. Amal also made it a point to make Lopez feel at ease during their dinner date.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. After all, there is no proof that Clooney and Lopez had dinner with their respective partners recently.

It’s not also true that Lopez is scared of Clooney because she has not once verbalized this.

Meanwhile, this isn’t the only rumor surrounding Lopez and her boyfriend, Affleck.

Just last week, Woman’s Day claimed that the couple’s happy relationship could eventually fall apart because of Affleck’s bad habits.

Since Affleck used to struggle with his drinking and alcohol use, the tabloid is predicting that it’s only a matter of time before he relapses again.

The tabloid also used Affleck’s gambling addiction as one of the reasons why they think that the actor will relapse. After all, they are convinced that Affleck continues to gamble to date.

However, none of these claims have been proven to be accurate. And it’s obvious that the tabloid is just speculating about Affleck’s sobriety.

They even took their claims a notch higher by saying that Lopez is the only person that could encourage Affleck to have a healthy lifestyle. After all, she’s been a good influence on him.

But even then, Lopez is also allegedly worried about Affleck relapsing while they are together because she knows that this will be a dealbreaker for her.

However, this isn’t true either. Lopez is not worried about Affleck relapsing. And even if she is, she won’t talk about this in public.

It is also important to note that Lopez and Affleck dated before. So, Lopez already knows about the actor’s struggles.
