Meghan Markle allegedly has some plans after seeing the rave reviews that Kate Middleton received when the latter attended the James Bond premiere.

In its Oct. 22 issue, Heat UK claimed that Markle is disappointed because she never received such wonderful comments when she graced the red carpet in the past. But she intends to change that.

Next year, the Duchess of Sussex will allegedly attend several awards shows like the Oscars and the Golden Globes. And she will make sure to be known as the queen of the red carpet then.

“When Meghan and Prince Harry moved to America, they had expected to be invited to all the A-list events and wanted to be superstars. But, obviously, that all stopped because of lockdown, and then Meghan got pregnant with Lilibet. But now things are kind of back to normal, Meghan really wants to go to all the big parties and events they are invited to and show that Hollywood side to her,” the source said.

The insider added that Markle will hire an entire team that will handle her red carpet appearances to make sure that she will always look her best from head to toe.

There are also allegedly some plans for Markle to unveil her own makeup range in the near future because she no longer wants to be upstaged by Middleton.

“It was irritating for Harry and Meghan to see the reaction to Kate and her movie-star dress. Meghan knows that if she’d worn such a show-stealing outfit, she’d have been destroyed for it. That just serves more proof for them that they’re better off out of the UK and these types of London events,” the source said.

However, the tabloid’s claims seem to be another low dig at Markle. And it’s also their way of pitting Markle and Middleton against each other even though there’s no reason for them to.

Since there’s no competition between Markle and Middleton, it’s unlikely for the former to be jealous of all the praises that the latter received.

It’s not also true that Markle wants to become the queen of the red carpet. And it’s even more untrue that she has plans to attend awards shows next year to give herself an opportunity to stun on the red carpet.

Markle has other more important things to do than compete with her sister-in-law.
