Prince Charles, Prince Edward Allegedly Fighting Over Prince Philip’s Land Rover, Inheritance
Prince Charles and Prince Edward are allegedly at odds over Prince Philip’s last will and testament.
In its Oct. 4 issue, New Idea claimed that Prince Philip’s will be kept private so as not to exploit Queen Elizabeth’s dignity.
But even if no information will be released to the public, the tabloid claimed to know what’s been happening to Prince Philip and the queen’s children behind closed doors.
A source claimed that Prince Charles and Prince Edward have been fighting over their dad’s Land Rover, among several other things.
“This is personal for everyone and there are a lot of hurt feelings. Combined with what has been a difficult year for the royals, everyone’s struggling to hold back their anger,” the source said.
The royals are also furious after learning that Prince Philip left some of his things to his good friend, Penny Knatchbull.
“But that’s nothing compared to the battle over his military medals going on with Charles, William, Edward, Andrew, and Harry. Their timing is bizarre and it only makes everyone more upset. Charles and Edward were teamed up against Andrew, who’s making a play for Wood Farm, but have since fallen out over their dad’s Land Rovers,” the source said.
The insider claimed that Prince Philip sorted all these things out before he died for fear that it will keep his loved ones apart. And the Duke of Edinburgh also allegedly told Prince Edward that he will inherit his royal title.
But Prince Charles has allegedly been trying to change things by telling Prince Edward that he just might not give him their late dad’s title after all.
And since Prince Philip can no longer speak from his grave, there’s been a division within the royal household.
Unfortunately, the tabloid was unable to provide concrete proof that this has been the case. It doesn’t make sense for Prince Charles and Prince Edward to fight over their dad’s car.
And it’s unlikely for Prince Andrew to be asking for Wood Farm if this is not what’s in his dad’s last will and testament.
By the looks of it, the tabloid is making up stories about the royal family and creating drama where there is none. This is not new because the same tabloid has been pitting Prince Charles against his siblings and even his sons for years.
