A tabloid insisted that Katie Holmes was expecting Jamie Foxx’s baby when she made an appearance with him at the Met Gala last year. However, the report was not backed with concrete evidence.

According to a report published by New Idea last year, Holmes made her first appearance with her alleged boyfriend Foxx at the Met Gala just because she was pregnant with his baby. 

It was also reported a source who claimed to be close to the alleged pair told the outlet that the reason for making this public appearance together was because they wanted to share some exciting news with the world. 

The dubious insider noted: “Katie told close family and friends that she’s three months pregnant.” So, the pair decided to appear together at the Met Gala.

 It was alleged that they wanted to show their love to the world. The tipster continued: “Katie was beaming and had a pregnancy glow.” 

The “Jack and Jill” star reportedly told her friends afterward that she could not wait to share the news with everyone. At the same time, the report mentioned that though the pair was rumored to be in a romantic relationship back in Aug. 2013 when they were snapped together, the duo never confirmed that they were in a relationship.

While Jamie Foxx claimed he and Katie Holmes were simply “good friends” in 2015, another report insisted that the couple concealed their relationship due to the terms of Holmes’ divorce agreement after she split with Tom Cruise. It was alleged that their divorce agreement had a clause that she could not date someone publicly for five years. 

While Holmes was still married to Cruise, she dad stated her desire to have more kids. The report also insisted on the single mother admitting in 2013 that she was still open to the idea. 

In other news, the “Batman Begins” star shared a cute picture of her when she was a little girl. The endearing throwback picture was of the actress and her mother and was shared over the weekend on the occasion of Mother’s Day, HELLO! reports. 

Fans pointed out the uncanny resemblance between Holmes and her daughter Suri. A fan wrote: “Suri is your twin, beautiful like her mummy." Another mentioned: "Wow, Suri is your mini."

Meanwhile, Gossip Cop had spoken to one of the representatives of Katie Holmes who confirmed that she was not pregnant and the report was false. It is obvious while looking back that there was no evidence to substantiate the report that Holmes was expecting Jamie Foxx’s baby last year.
