Queen Elizabeth is allegedly planning to file a lawsuit against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

In its September 13 issue, Woman’s Day claimed that the queen couldn’t help but blame herself for all the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s attacks

After all, if she addressed them early on, they wouldn’t have done so much damage to the royal family, most especially Prince Charles and Prince William.

“Harry and Meghan have to be careful. Just because the queen has done everything in her power in the past to avoid anything in the courts, it doesn’t mean she won’t go down that path,” the source said.

The insider added that the queen is seeing how much damage Prince Harry and Markle have left of Prince Charles and Prince William. And the last thing she wants is for their attacks to affect the senior working royals’ jobs.

“She doesn’t want to leave the Sussex mess on them. She blames herself for letting them get away with attacking the family for so long, so she feels it’s on her to put a stop to it. Her gentle approach hasn’t worked – so as much as she doesn’t want to do this, it’s time to bring in the big guns,” the source said.

Since Prince Harry and Markle have been doing whatever it is that they want to do, they would allegedly be surprised if they would get served.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex wouldn’t also expect a lawsuit coming from Her Majesty because they are convinced that they have her support.

Prince Harry and Markle never attacked the queen publicly so they are surprised if the monarch finally steps up and defends Prince Charles and Prince William.

However, the tabloid’s claims couldn’t be farther from the truth. After all, the queen would never file a lawsuit against Prince Harry and Markle. If this is her plan, after all, she would’ve already done something a long time ago.

It is important to note that Prince Harry and Markle have not said anything about the royal family recently so it’s unclear why all these rumors are making headlines now.

Prince Charles and Prince William have not also reacted to Prince Harry and Markle’s previous attacks. So, no one knows for sure if they were affected by the Sussexes’ allegations.
