Kelly Clarkson Allegedly Relying On Hypnosis To Help Manage Her Divorce Pain
Kelly Clarkson has allegedly gone through great lengths to forget her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock for good.
In its August 30 issue, Globe claimed that Clarkson reached out to psychic Matt Fraser after the latter guested on her talk show in February.
Clarkson allegedly asked Fraser for a private reading. And after she was hypnotized by the expert, she felt happier and more relaxed than ever before.
“So far, she’s only tried it a few times, but she’s planning to stick with it. It’s not like she can be hypnotized out of her feelings but she’s hoping it will help her let go of some of the pain,” the source said.
The insider claimed that Fraser also taught Clarkson a lot of things. And this includes ways on how the singer could get more in touch with her emotions and inner voice.
For now, Clarkson already knows how to meditate. And she’s also into hypnotherapy because Fraser really inspired her.
“Kelly was a bit skeptical at first, but she’s pretty much willing to try anything that will help her get over the pain,” the source said.
Clarkson had been focused on her children and her talk show since her divorce from Blackstock. But the American Idol alum recently made headlines again after the court ruled in favor of her ex-husband.
Clarkson is asked to give Blackstock $200,000 in spousal support. But the singer’s lawyers are trying to flip the ruling.
So, even though there are a lot of good things happening in Clarkson’s personal and professional lives, she can’t help but stress over her divorce.
In fact, the source alleged that even when Clarkson is in a good mood, she snaps when her husband’s name is mentioned by other people.
The insider added that this is one of the reasons why the singer decided that it was time for her to seek professional help. After all, she wants to be able to control her emotions whenever necessary.
However, not all the tabloid’s claims are correct. While it is true that Clarkson is still trying to get the judge’s ruling overturned, there’s no proof that she has turned to hypnotherapy.
Even though it’s possible that Clarkson could be stressing over the $200,000 monthly spousal support she needs to give Blackstock, it’s obvious that she’s still doing her best.
On her talk show, Clarkson looks as happy as ever. And she’s also set to return to The Voice.
