Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck allegedly got engaged recently.

In its August 9 issue, New Idea claimed that Affleck proposed to Lopez while they were vacationing in St. Tropez.

And the tabloid’s only proof is Lopez’s huge green diamond sparkler.

The tabloid published a photo of the stunning ring. But it is important to note that this isn’t the first time that Lopez was photographed with it.

As such, it’s unlikely for Affleck to have given Lopez the ring. And if Lopez has owned this ring for years, it’s not true that she and Affleck got engaged during their recent vacation.

What’s true is that the A-listers’ relationship is getting stronger. In fact, the couple recently vacationed in Italy and they engaged in a series of PDAs.

For the outing, Lopez and Affleck were photographed dining at one of the alfresco restaurants. And the Shades of Blue star is sitting on Affleck’s lap.

Onlookers claimed that Lopez and Affleck engaged in a PDA-filled outing for 20 minutes straight.

Meanwhile, the couple also made headlines recently after it was revealed that Lopez just started wearing the Harry Winston bracelet that Affleck gave her years ago.

In the early 2000s, the A-listers dated, and they also got engaged. However, they decided to not push through with their wedding because of the media frenzy surrounding their relationship.

But now that they are back together, sources are saying that it seems Lopez and Affleck started where they left things off years ago.

Lopez was also photographed with the diamond bracelet Affleck gifted her with exactly 19 years ago.

But other than their relationship, Lopez and Affleck are also focused on their separate lives especially since they have children from their previous marriages.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that Lopez and Affleck are also making each other their priority. And since they have the support of their family, friends, and exes, it seems that they are here for the long run.

The couple isn't also reportedly trying to compete with each other. Even though they are famous, Lopez and Affleck have nothing but love and support for each other. 

However, this still doesn’t mean that Lopez and Affleck are already engaged or that they will get engaged anytime soon. The A-listers are also busy with their future projects so they might not tie the knot anytime soon. 

Additionally, Lopez just ended her engagement to Alex Rodriguez, reportedly due to the latter's infidelity.
