Angelina Jolie allegedly flew out of Hollywood with her kids shortly after the judge ruled in favor of Brad Pitt in their custody battle.

In its June 21 issue, New Idea claimed that Jolie even opted to fly commercial to the Big Apple instead of her usual private jet so that Pitt couldn’t track them.

Following their divorce in 2016, reports revealed that a judge banned Jolie from relocating outside the country while her custody battle is ongoing. And now that Pitt was granted joint custody of his kids, Jolie cannot just up and leave without his knowledge.

This proves that the tabloid’s claims are not accurate. Still, the unnamed source insisted that Jolie didn’t want Pitt to bother her and their children on her post-birthday trip to New York.

According to the source, Jolie is determined to give her children a normal life that’s why she decided to travel with Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox.

While in New York, Jolie allegedly spent alone time with her six children, who have very different interests.

“Zahara is her mom’s mini-me when it comes to fashion, and they spent several happy hours in designer stores,” the source said.

Maddox, on the other hand, spent a lot of time playing video games in his room. The teenager is allegedly shy and prefers hanging out with his friends online.

“Though he has a soft spot for Shiloh, who’s the only one allowed to hang out with him when he’s gaming,” the source said.

But even though Jolie’s kids had a blast during their trip in New York, the Maleficent star made sure that her younger children will keep up with their schoolwork.

One of the actress’s nannies accompanied them on the trip. And the nanny monitored the kids’ during their school time.

According to the source, Jolie has always loved the Big Apple. And there was even a time when she thought about moving there.

However, since Pitt is in Los Angeles, she cannot just take them to a different city or even a different country.

“Brad will flip if she moves them away, but the kids are getting old enough to know their own minds. So, if they want to go, there’s not much he’ll be able to do about it,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It is unlikely for a tabloid to know all the private details about Jolie and her children’s trip to NYC.
