Brad Pitt is allegedly heartbroken over Angelina Jolie's resistance to agree to joint custody with him.

In its May 24 issue, OK! magazine claimed that Pitt is doing everything that he can to get custody of his kids. He has already spent at least $1 million in legal fees, and he’s willing to spend more if this will ensure that he will get custody of his children.

However, the end is nowhere in sight for the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actor and his ex-wife because Jolie is on a warpath to keep torturing Pitt until he gives up.

“Brad’s tormented over losing so much time with the children during these crucial years. All he wants is to have his kids back. He’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen,” the source said.

Unfortunately, Jolie has no plans to back down. In fact, she’s still torturing her ex-husband even if her moves are no longer sitting well with her critics.

The source said that what Jolie is doing seems unusual since she’s also to blame for the fall out of her marriage to Pitt.

“The irony is that Angie is equally at fault for all the drama and pain this court battle has caused. Brad knows that and thinks her interviews are a pathetic attempt to him in an unfavorable light,” the source said.

In March, Jolie told the court that her children are willing to testify against Pitt after she accused the actor of domestic violence again.

Years ago, Jolie also accused Pitt of the same thing but the fed dismissed the allegations because they couldn’t provide enough proof.

Now, Jolie has revisited her old allegations against Pitt and has insisted that her children could serve as witnesses to the case. So far, only her eldest son, Maddox has spoken up against Pitt.

It is unclear if the court would grant Jolie’s request to allow her children to speak against their dad. After all, all five of Jolie and Pitt’s children are still minors.

Even though it is true that Jolie and Pitt’s custody battle won’t end anytime soon, it’s difficult to believe the claims made by the tabloid. After all, the A-listers’ divorce proceedings are taking place behind closed doors so no such details have been shared with the public.

As of late, the only information about Jolie and Pitt’s ongoing custody battle is that they have not yet reached an agreement.
