Jennifer Aniston Worried She’ll Be Blamed If ‘Friends’ Reunion Isn’t A Success: Rumor
Jennifer Aniston is allegedly worried that she will be blamed by the public if her upcoming Friends reunion won’t be successful.
In its April 17 issue, Heat UK claimed that Aniston has been stressing over the one-off special episode because there’s a lot leaning on it.
A source said that Aniston is the most nervous of all the cast members because all the attention is on her.
Aniston will also be getting millions for the reunion episode just like her co-stars, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer.
However, they couldn’t allegedly get the whole amount because they had to delay the production for the episode due to the coronavirus pandemic.
While waiting for the production to commence, Aniston stressed herself out thinking of what could happen if the Friends reunion won’t push through.
However, it is important to note that Aniston and co-stars have finally started production on the single-camera reunion special.
Meanwhile, this isn't the only rumor surrounding the project. Woman’s Day claimed in its April 19 issue that the reunion almost got canceled because of Brad Pitt.
A source claimed that Aniston’s co-stars were not thrilled when they found out that Pitt will be making a cameo on the show. After all, they are worried that the attention will be directed only to the exes.
More specifically, the female cast members of Friends don’t allegedly want Aniston and Pitt to reunite on screen in the reunion special. After all, they want their fans to focus on their beloved characters.
With this, the source alleged that Aniston is a bit upset with her co-stars because of their lack of support for Aniston and Pitt. However, it is important to note that Pitt won’t be making a cameo in Friends.
It’s also unlikely for Aniston to be upset with her co-stars because they’ve been nothing but supportive of her and Pitt’s relationship.
In fact, Cox rooted for the A-listers when they reunited at an award show recently. And the former’s comment on social media led fans to think that Aniston and Pitt even got back together.
However, the exes have been divorced since 2005. And there’s no indication that they want to rekindle their romance.
Pitt made a cameo on Friends in 2001. Back then, he was still married to Aniston. Four years later, the couple officially called it quits.
