Gwen Stefani has allegedly confirmed when she and Blake Shelton would tie the knot.

In its April 19 issue, Us Weekly published a story on the couple saying that the countdown for Shelton and Stefani’s wedding has officially begun.

A source for the tabloid also declared that a date for the wedding has finally been chosen by the couple. However, there was no mention of when the nuptials will take place.

To make their claims even more questionable, the insider said that Stefani just started working with her wedding dress designer of choice. But they insisted that her wedding is happening soon.

It is unlikely for Stefani to only be choosing a designer now if her wedding is set for the next couple of weeks or months.

After allegedly choosing a wedding dress designer, Stefani and Shelton will prepare their wedding invitations. And two of their A-list guests are Kelly Clarkson and Dolly Parton.

According to the source, it’s highly likely for Parton and Clarkson to do a duet at the wedding.

And when it comes to Stefani and Shelton’s wedding vows, the source said that the couple will be traditional.

“Gwen and Blake’s wedding vows will be traditional. But everyone is expecting them to make heartfelt speeches dedicated to one another at the reception,” the source said.

As of late, Stefani and Shelton have not shared any intimate details about their wedding. So, no one knows for sure when they will tie the knot.

But during an interview with Today, Shelton said that the wedding will most likely happen very soon.

Host Hoda Kotb told the country artist that she’s going to get married either in the summer or November. And she can’t help but wonder if Shelton and Stefani will tie the knot before she did.

The “Nobody But You” crooner said yes, which means Shelton and Stefani could tie the knot as early as this spring.

Shelton proposed to Stefani last October after dating each other for five years. Prior to their engagement, several publications wondered why Shelton still hasn’t popped the question after all those years.

Stefani, later revealed that the proposal was far from what she expected. But it also turned to be exactly what she needed.

The No Doubt singer revealed that no one in the group knew that Shelton would be proposing at that time. So when he popped the question, some of the singer’s family members wondered if he was just joking.
