There have been some silly rumors that Matthew McConaughey’s marriage was in trouble. However, these reports appear to be fabricated and baseless. 

Some tabloids have claimed in the past that the actor-producer had issues with his Brazilian-American model wife Camila Alves. There was also a report in February last year that Victoria Beckham flirted with McConaughey on a TV show. 

The singer and fashion designer were allegedly having problems with her husband David Beckham then. The same article mentioned that the singer and the actor had participated in “Good Morning America” for promoting their projects. Beckham reportedly gave her complete attention to McConaughey even when they were off-camera. 

A dubious insider had insisted that “He was very receptive to her flirting too.” The source added that it was obvious that McConaughey was not averse to “her advances.”

The same report claimed that all was not well in her marriage and the former Spice Girl flirted with him to seek revenge. However, this report seems to be ridiculous as the actor’s wife was also present at the backstage during that time. 

The report failed to point out that Beckham referred to her husband as her “soulmate” on the same show while talking about their forthcoming 20th anniversary, ABC News reported. 

The fashion designer mentioned on “GMA”: “I’m really lucky… He’s a great husband, a fantastic dad. He’s just the best dad, he really is.” Also, her husband was with her at the launch of her collaboration with Reebok a day before her appearance on that talk show. 

There was another recent report that Matthew McConaughey was living in a plush RV trailer alone. The same report noted that his wife and three children were not staying with him.

An insider claimed that “Matt misses the good old days when he could do anything he wanted.” The actor’s makeshift home gives him the feeling that “he’s still in control,” the same tipster added. 

However, Gossip Cop busted this inaccurate article because his recent posts on social media prove that he has been living with his wife all the time. Given the current global crisis, the actor would hardly want to live away from his family. 

Meanwhile, McConaughey and his wife gave away thousands of face masks to the first responders of coronavirus in Louisiana and Texas last month according to Fox News. 

The Austin Fire Department took to Twitter to express their thanks the following day. Camila Alves McConaughey, Matthew McConaughey’s wife also wrote about the donations on her Instagram page. 

She mentioned that their aim “is to protect all those who protect” people. The designer-model also added that she and her husband have donated around “80,000 masks needed to battle the COVID19 virus.”
