Kate Middleton is allegedly pregnant with her fourth child, and there are some clues that may prove that this is the case.

In its April 12 issue, New Idea claimed that Middleton has been wearing oversized coats during her recent engagements with Prince William. And it could be because she’s trying to hide her baby bump.

Eagle-eyed royal watchers have also noticed that the Duchess of Cambridge sported a new hairstyle recently. During one of her outings, she donned a half ponytail.

In the past, Middleton usually changed her hairstyles just before a pregnancy announcement. And since she sported a hairstyle while she was pregnant with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, royal fans are convinced that it’s only a matter of time before she makes the official announcement.

Some royal experts have also weighed in on the possibility that the future queen consort could be expecting baby number four.

While speaking with the tabloid, royal commentator Phil Dampier said that Middleton would love to have another daughter. Since Prince William’s wife will soon turn 40, Dampier thinks that the royal couple could already be trying to have another child.

Royal expert Penny Junor, on the other hand, thinks that the mom of three is already pregnant. After all, she’s very maternal and loves her family life. As such, it would be a delight for her to add to her growing family.

Just before the coronavirus pandemic, Middleton dropped a bombshell about her baby plans with Prince William. She told royal fans that her husband is not keen to have a fourth child.

However, a source for the tabloid is insisting that the lockdown must have changed the Duke of Cambridge’s perspective about having more kids. Still, he might want to prioritize his royal duties over having baby number four.

“The family needs William and Kate so much. So, there is a dilemma as Kate getting pregnant means she is less available for royal duties. But she seems determined to do things her way,” Dampier said.

During her first three pregnancies, Middleton took a break from her royal duties because she suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum. And after giving birth to her children, Middleton also took a six-month maternity break to be with her babies.

As of late, there is no proof that Middleton is pregnant with baby number four. It is possible that she donned a coat during her recent outings simply because it was cold.
