According to sources, Kim Kardashian will seek full custody of all her four kids and hired celeb divorce attorney Laura Wasser for several months now to formalize her split from Kanye West.

The relationship between the rapper and the beauty guru has been strained for a long time now. However, the final nail in the coffin was when they had a massive feud in December last year. It seems the reality TV icon was incredibly upset after the fight, according to Us Weekly. 

Other insiders claim that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has hired the services of Laura Wasser, a famous divorce celebrity lawyer, for many months now. 

Speculations were rife after the 40-year-old was spotted without her wedding ring in a mirror selfie this Tuesday. It seems she is prepared to face an “ugly” turn in their divorce. Meanwhile, it was also claimed that she wants to have full custody of the kids and will stick to this clause, according to The Sun. 

Both the parties want to have their say in the divorce negotiations, and they are ready to fight tooth and nail for their kids. The couple has two daughters Chicago and North, as well as, two sons Psalm and Saint. 

The tabloid quoted a source stating that the KUWTK star has mentioned if the rapper tries to contest the custody of their kids, things could turn ugly. While the court proceeding will take its own turn, Kim Kardashian reportedly wants to settle certain things before she takes any legal course of action.

Not only that, but the reality TV star also wants the PR campaign of their split to be controlled by her. It seems she was taken aback when the news of their divorce got leaked. 

While the argument they had in December was the final straw, a source insisted that KKW Beauty and Kanye West's founder will soon separate. However, it looks like the decision to split came after much deliberation and introspection. Kardashian did not want to end the marriage and tried her best to salvage their relationship. 

Reports have it that West’s remarks on North and Kardashian’s wish to abort their eldest daughter made her look at her marriage closely. West made these revelations while giving a speech that started his Presidential Campaign in July last year, according to Daily Mail. 

The rapper also took to his Twitter handle to speak against his mom-in-law, Kris Jenner. He mentioned that he wanted to divorce his wife, Kim Kardashian, for many years. However, he deleted these tweets later.
