George Clooney and Amal Clooney have been at the center of baby and marriage rumors for years.

Just after the New Year, Gossip Cop compiled some of the most absurd claims about the happy couple.

Two years ago, Globe claimed that George and Amal were supposed to file for a divorce, but they had a change of heart at the last minute.

A source claimed that the Clooneys realized that a divorce isn’t what they need. Rather, George and Amal agreed that having a third child is what will save their marriage.

If George and Amal were planning on having another child two years ago, they would’ve already welcomed their bundle of joy last year. But until today, the A-listers just have two children together.

Several other tabloids have been claiming that George and Amal are on the brink of a divorce.

However, the Up In The Air actor himself debunked the claims by saying that he and Amal have a very strong relationship.

In fact, George said that he and his wife don’t even argue.

“I feel very lucky in so many ways to have met her. We haven’t ever had an argument. You know, everybody’s been slammed together because of the coronavirus and a lot of friends’ relationships have been tested. For us, it’s been really easy,” he told People. 

Still, tabloids continue to insist that it’s only a matter of time before the couple announces their divorce.

If the couple isn’t divorcing, the tabloids are saying that they are trying to have more kids.

Just last month, OK! magazine alleged that Amal is already pregnant with her and George’s third child.

However, the couple decided to keep the happy news a secret until Christmas morning.

But the morning of Dec. 25 already came and went, but there’s still no baby announcement from the couple.

In fact, George and Amal previously said in separate interviews that they’re content with having just two kids.

Four years ago, the human rights lawyer told The Hollywood Reporter that she’s an older mom because she became pregnant late. As such, it’s unlikely for her to have more kids when she gets much older.

George also said the same thing during a recent interview. The actor said that he’s an older dad. And he didn’t even think that he will have two children at his age.

After he did, George said that having two children is more than enough because Ella and Alexander are a hand full.
