Prince William could, allegedly, file a lawsuit against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle if they start talking about the royal family on their podcast.

In its Jan. 11 issue, New Idea claimed that Prince William knows what the Duke and Duchess are trying to do.

After learning that the Sussexes signed a $48 million yearly deal with Spotify, Prince William couldn’t help but worry about what Prince Harry and Markle would reveal about the royal family.

The Duke of Cambridge is convinced that Spotify won’t pay the Sussexes a huge sum of money if they will just talk about the environment and other things.

A source claimed that Prince William has started holding closed-door meetings with his lawyers so that they could warn Prince Harry and Markle even before they say anything.

“Everything is on the table including sending a heavily worded cease and desist, reminding them that the things they talk about on this podcast could pose security risks to the queen,” the source said.

Prince William is also being advised by his lawyers to wait until Prince Harry and Markle say something about the royal family before they will send the documents.

According to the source, Markle knows what Prince William has in store for her and Prince Harry, but she’s still not backing down.

Meanwhile, the tabloid also claimed that Prince William is upset with how Prince Harry and Markle tried to beg the press to give them the privacy that they deserve.

In fact, one of the reasons why the Sussexes quit The Firm was because they wanted to stay out of the limelight. They also want to protect their 1-year-old son.

But in the first episode of their podcast, Prince Harry and Markle gave their listeners the chance to hear Archie speak with a blended accent.

According to the source, it doesn’t take a genius to realize that Prince Harry and Markle want privacy but only on their own terms.

However, it is important to note that Prince William has no plans to file a lawsuit against Prince Harry and Markle.

Since the couple just dropped the first episode of their podcast, it’s still early to assume that they will talk about the royal family in the upcoming episodes.

As such, it’s evident that the tabloid is just speculating on Prince Harry and Markle’s next move.
