Tom Cruise has created a niche for himself in Hollywood. While the actor may have created some controversies for being involved with the Church of Scientology, he is said to be helping some of his celebrity friends to get acting assignments in the film industry.  

The actor enjoys good connections and is extremely popular despite the controversies related to the Church of Scientology. However, an outlet has debunked claims made by certain tabloids that Cruise is allegedly helping his friends in Hollywood. 

New Idea had published a story in January this year, which claimed that the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle had met the “Top Gun” stud to make a Hollywood comeback. The cover of the tabloid displayed a photoshopped picture of Cruise and Markle allegedly walking together.

After Markle and her husband got a thumbs-up from Queen Elizabeth to quit the royal family; speculations are rife that the ex-actress has plans of making a comeback to the Tinseltown. The article further mentioned that she is trying to get in touch with Tom Cruise so that it can be a reality. 

The article has made a claim that now that Markle is living in Los Angeles with Prince Harry and their son Archie, her paths will definitely cross with Cruise. It was also reported that it is inevitable that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will soon rub shoulders with Cruise’s elite inner circle.

According to insiders, as Cruise has good connections, he will use his influence, as well as, his Scientology links to help Markle in raising her profile and keep any negative press at a bay. However, Gossip Cop feels that it is clear from the report that the duo is yet to meet after the Duchess returned to the city and the story of the actor helping Markle to make a comeback is incorrect 

Quite recently, even National Enquirer published a report on how Gwyneth Paltrow is looking forward to team up with the handsome actor to make a comeback to Hollywood. The article also mentioned that Paltrow wishes to return to her comfort zone and reuniting with Cruise can make her wish a reality and reignite her career.

The tabloid also mentioned that her Netflix show titled “The Goop Lab” has generated a mixed reaction from the audience. This has allegedly prompted the entrepreneur and actress to take the actor’s help. An insider believes that it is a “win-win” situation for Paltrow and Cruise.

However, when Gossip Cop got in touch with a spokesperson of Paltrow, they were told that it was a “fabricated” story. Tom Cruise does not appear to be in touch with Paltrow after they worked together in “Austin Powers in Goldmember.”
