Estranged couple Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne’s divorce is becoming more and more real. Just recently, Jayne was seen in Los Angeles without a mask and without her wedding ring.

Page Six reports that the 49-year-old reality star was seen outside the Los Angeles home of her The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky wearing neither mask nor her wedding ring.

Jayne also was not unaware that she was being photographed. According to the publication, the reality star even gave photographers a smile while she was in front of her car. She was also seen talking with her valet in close quarters without a mask on.

The Los Angeles Times says this may be the least of the troubles Jayne has to think about. Chicago federal judge Thomas Durkin has ordered Jayne not to sell or spend any shared assets she may have with the 81-year-old Girardi.

After news broke, Durkin came up with the order that Jayne was selling some of her designer clothes online after her and Girardi’s assets were ordered frozen by the judge. Durkin told Jayne’s lawyer that if she continued to do this, she would be in danger.

The asset freeze is the result of the case filed against Girardi’s law firm Girardi & Keese. The firm is accused of misusing the settlement money from a case involving the 2018 crash of Lion Air Flight 610.

Recently, Girardi and his law firm were held in contempt and ordered by Durking to pay a total of $2 million to the victims of the crash. The money is to be split between four clients at $500,000 each.

Edelson PC, who filed the class-action lawsuit against Girardi and his firm, says that Girardi and his law firm are nearly bankrupt. They say that the settlement money supposed to be paid out to the Lion Air crash victims was instead spent on Girardi and Jayne’s lavish lifestyles.

The lawsuit is happening on top of the ongoing divorce between Jayne and Girardi. In her divorce filing, Jayne has asked for spousal support from Girardi, payment for her attorney’s fees, as well as a look into whether she has any claim to any properties she shares with her husband.

In his response to the filing, Girardi has refused to pay Jayne spousal support and has also asked Jayne to pay for his attorney’s fees.

Another Hollywood couple engaged in a contentious divorce is talk show host Kelly Clarkson and music manager Brandon Blackstock. Blackstock is asking Clarkson for $301,000 in spousal support as well as $135,000 in child support.
