The divorce between 'Real Orange County' star Kristen Cavallari and Jay Cutler seemed like it was never gonna be peaceful but the latest reports say that they finally agreed on something. 

Page Six reports that the former couple has reached an agreement regarding their children and their money. It was previously reported that Cavallari claimed that Cutler was blocking her from using their money in order to buy a home for herself. The reason that the former Chicago Bears quarterback gave was that they already had several homes that they owned. This includes a couple of homes in Tenessee plus a condo at the Four Seasons. This did not sit well with Cavallari, who says that the condo has not even started construction and the other home was actually. for sale. 

Now The Daily Mail reports that the NFL star has agreed that Cavallari can now buy her own home. Apparently, she has signed a contract to buy a home in Franklin, Tennessee that is worth more than $5 million dollars. Kristin's reason for buying the home may seem frivolous, but insiders say that all she wants is for her children to have a good home that they can come home to. 

The couple has three children, Camden, Jaxon, and their daughter and the youngest, Saylor. In the divorce agreement between the two, they have decided to be joint primary residential parents. The kids will spend half their time with their father and the rest with their mother. Cutler will have them every other Friday until the following Friday. As for special occasions like Thanksgiving and school breaks, the children will alternate between their parents. They will also need to both agree on any decision they have to make regarding the publicity of their children. 

The announcement of their divorce came as a shock to many. That is because they were actually spending time in the Bahamas before the April 26 announcement. Cutler filed the divorce but Cavallari, who filed her own petition for divorce, accused her husband of inappropriate marital conduct. She did not give further details of what comprises that accusation so fans are left wondering if there was any third party involved in their separation. There were some speculations that Jay had cheated on Kristin with her best friend Kelly Henderson, who was often featured on 'Very Cavallari' but that has proven to be false. 

The couple had been married since 2013.
