Prince William and Kate Middleton were recently dubbed as the rock stars of the royal family.

In its Dec. 24 issue, royal author Katie Nicholl told YOU that Prince William and Middleton managed to rise above every occasion.

Despite the ongoing struggles in the world due to the coronavirus pandemic, the royal couple has also served as the beacon of hope and trust for the royal family.

A royal insider also praised Prince William and Middleton following their successful tour of the United Kingdom.

“They’re taking it upon themselves to keep the nation’s spirits up,” the insider said.

Meanwhile, Prince William and Middleton also made headlines this week after a friend of the couple told People that they are very chill when they’re at home.

The unnamed friend said that the royal couple is very normal at home.

And even though Middleton is a queen in training, no one would know it if she’s not in the news.

After all, the Duchess of Cambridge offers her visitors tea. And Prince William is the one that makes it.

The source described the couple’s house at Anmer Hall as lovely and welcoming and said that it’s not fancy and stuffy.

In related news, Prince William and Middleton are finally back home in Norfolk just before the Tier 4 restrictions were announced by the British government.

A source told Mirror that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wanted to get out of London and have a proper Christmas break with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

But they decided to have a low-key break at home due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“Like everyone around the country they are hoping for a swift end to the pandemic and wishing for happier times on the horizon when we can all get together with our family and friends,” the source said.

Prince William and Middleton will be celebrating Christmas at their house at Anmer Hall. It is unclear if Middleton’s parents will join them in their simple festivities.

The royal couple isn’t also expected to reunite with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip on Christmas Day.

Earlier this month, Buckingham Palace confirmed that the elderly royal couple will be having a quiet Christmas celebration at Windsor Castle.

If not for COVID-19, the royal family would’ve reunited at Sandringham for their yearly Christmas feast.

They would’ve also attended their annual Christmas Day walk on their way to church.
