‘Friends’ Cast Update: What Happened To David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow After Sitcom Ended
The cast of Friends will reunite for a special reunion episode sometime next year.
Ahead of the reunion, New Idea gave fans an update about cast members David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, and more in its Dec. 21 issue.
Schwimmer starred in a slew of projects after Friends ended in 2004. The actor also lent his voice to the giraffe in Madagascar.
Schwimmer also eventually made a comeback in Will & Grace. And he got married to Zoe Buckman in 2010, but they got divorced in 2017.
LeBlanc, on the other hand, looked forward to the spinoff show Joey after Friends wrapped. However, the publication revealed that his career didn’t flourish because Joey was axed after getting heavily criticized.
The actor eventually retreated from the limelight, and he focused more on producing rather than on starring in movies and television shows.
When it comes to his personal life, things have also been challenging for the actor.
He previously admitted to having an affair with a stripper during his trip to Canada. He and his wife, Melissa also got a divorce.
LeBlanc eventually dated his Joey co-star, Andrea Anders. But their relationship was also short-lived. The actor is now dating Top Gear producer, Aurora Mulligan.
Kudrow was cast in her own series, The Comeback after Friends ended. However, the series was also canceled after just one season.
After starring in Friends, Kudrow appeared in a slew of movies such as Easy A and P.S. I Love You. The actress currently stars in the Netflix series Space Force. She and her husband, Michel Stern have been together for 25 years.
Friends star Matthew Perry starred in The Whole Ten Yards alongside Bruce Willis after the sitcom ended. Perry has also worked as a producer, but some of his shows have been canceled even before they aired.
The actor has also been in and out of rehab due to his addiction. Perry recently got engaged to his girlfriend of two years, Molly Hurwitz.
Courteney Cox, on the other hand, focused on motherhood after Friends ended. The actress suffered several miscarriages before she and her ex-husband, David Arquette had their daughter, Coco in 2004.
But just six years later, the A-listers announced their separation. In 2013, their divorce was finalized. Cox is currently dating Snow Patrol member, Johnny McDaid.
Jennifer Aniston is, perhaps, the most successful Friends cast member.
Even though she’s had two divorces since the sitcom ended, Aniston has never been out of projects for both television and the big screen.
