A tabloid reported a year ago that Taylor Swift and actress Emma Stone had a massive difference of opinion regarding their wedding plans. It seems the duo was at loggerheads because their wedding dates were clashing. Here’s the complete report.

Were the Folklore hitmaker and the La La Land actress had a “bridal battle”? At least, that is what a tabloid purported a year ago. It seems they were both in a race to get married, which was the major bone of contention between them.

 

It is hilarious, though, that the Evermore singer was not even engaged to her longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn then. While they are together for some years now, they are yet to get engaged. 

 

Still, the magazine quoted an insider who said that the songstress and the actress were planning to get married next year, which caused the entire disharmony. Swift was, reportedly, stressed out as she thought some of their common friends might not attend her wedding if their wedding dates were close. 

 

Meanwhile, it seems Emma Stone did not want to change her wedding date simply to accommodate Swift’s wedding date. However, it is obvious that the report was bogus, according to Gossip Cop. 

 

A year has passed since the report came out, and Swift and Alwyn are yet to tie the knot, let alone getting engaged. On the other hand, Emma Stone went ahead with her wedding to Dave McCary this year as planned.
