Chris Evans To Reunite The Six Original Avengers
Fans of the MCU rejoice! Our very own Captain America is out to make this reunion possible.
Just Jared reports that Chris Evans is inviting fans to hang out with him and the other original Avengers virtually. This is part of his All-In Challenge. This challenge is a digital fundraising effort that aims to raise millions of dollars to help feed children, the elderly, and also the frontline health workers battling this pandemic. Chris Evans recently joined Instagram and three days later has now amassed over 2 million followers. His first post was him accepting the All-In Challenge from Chris Pratt.
What he has decided to do is to host a virtual hangout that will include some really great people. He will be with five of his closest friend which includes none other than Iron Man - Robert Downey Jr, Black Widow - Scarlett Johansson, Thor - Chris Hemsworth, Hulk - Mark Ruffalo, and Hawkeye - Jeremy Renner.
Evans explains that in the virtual hangout, they can have a private Q and A, where they can be asked anything (except for spoilers, apparently as commented by Ruffalo on the post), they can even play games with the winner. Evans suggested Scattergories for the game. Aside from explaining what the hangout will be about, Deadline reports that Evans also issued his own challenge to actors Anthony Mackie who played Falcon in the MCU, Sebastian Stan also known as Bucky, and Billy Porter. Those who wish to join can buy as many as 200 entries for the chance to hang out with the Avengers. You can buy them from here.
Evans is one of many celebrities who participated in the All-In Challenge that will benefit the hungry through Feeding America, Meals on Wheels, World Central Kitchen, and No Kid Hungry. Some of the celebrities include Justin Bieber, who will serenade the winner with his song 'One Less Lonely Girl'. He will fly himself to the person's hometown to make it more personal. Other actors offered up a small role in their upcoming movies, this includes Kevin Hart and Leonardo DiCaprio.
The cast of the hit show 'Friends' is also joining in the fundraising efforts. They are offering the winner the opportunity of being present when it is time to shoot the reunion special of the show. They will also be given a Warner Bros Studio Tour. As of today, the challenge has raised over 31 million dollars from more than 600,000 participants.
