Scott Disick is thankful for the mother of his three children, Kourtney Kardashian. The 37-year-old Talentless founder marked the sixth and 11th birthdays of their sons, Reign and Mason, respectively, by expressing his appreciation for his ex-girlfriend on social media.

Taking to his Instagram account on Monday, Disick shared a heartfelt message alongside a picture of himself, Kourtney, Reign, and daughter Penelope, 8, posing on a staircase. In the caption section, he thanked Kourtney for being the "best baby-maker in town."

He went on to admit that he couldn't have asked for a better person than Kourtney, 41, to have their amazing children with. Disick concluded the message by noting that he loves her and their family more than anything in the world.

Disick and Kourtney ended their nine-year relationship in 2015, but the duo has remained friendly over the years and has mastered the art of co-parenting at the same time. Loyal fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, who have witnessed their relationship play out on social media and the reality show, are still hoping that they will reignite their romance in the near future, according to ET.

Disick and Kourtney have dated other people after their breakup. Most notably, Disick dated Sofia Richie, 22, whom he split from earlier this year. While sources recently told PEOPLE that the Flip It Like Disick star isn't in a rush to start dating again, he has been spotted several times with Lisa Rinna's teen daughter, Amelia Hamlin, since late Oct.

Hamlin shared a series of photos on her Instagram account on Thanksgiving, featuring people she is lucky to have in her life. The pictures included her family, friends, and Disick. "Thankful 4 these ppl," she wrote in the caption section of a photo with the TV personality, along with another friend on her Instagram Story.

Aside from KUWTK fans, Caitlyn Jenner said she was hopeful her daughter and Disick would get back together eventually. Noting that they share three children together, Caitlyn said she thinks it is always the best idea for the kids to have a mom and a dad that are always there.

Disick celebrated Reign and Mason's birthdays over the weekend with a small gathering at his home. He shared photos on his Instagram account, including one image where Reign is seen holding a white snake in his arms. Disick also shared a picture of silver balloons that spelled Reign and Mason's names.
