Prince Harry recently accused critics of driving a wedge between him and his older brother, Prince William.

Princess Diana’s brother, Charles, Earl Spencer, is convinced that the Princess of Wales was tricked into giving the controversial interview by journalist Martin Bashir.

Prince William released a statement shortly after, saying that the investigation is a step in the right direction.

Royal experts were waiting for Prince Harry to release a statement on the matter, but he never did.

As such, the Duke of Sussex was accused of not supporting Prince William and his uncle, who is trying to find out why Princess Diana gave the interview two years before she passed away.

However, a source for Prince Harry said that critics are just trying to create issues between him and Prince William where there is none.

The source said that Prince Harry doesn’t need to release a public statement because he is doing what he can privately.

Meghan Markle’s husband is also, reportedly, watching the investigation closely. And he’s also trying to find out what happened to Princess Diana ahead of the interview.

The source also said that Prince Harry has been very vocal about his struggles following the death of the Princess of Wales.

And the fact that he was so close to the late royal means that he’s not taking things lightly. However, he doesn’t also feel the need to comment on the matter because he’s no longer a senior working royal.

Last month, critics also questioned why Prince Harry has been commenting on a lot of issues but not about Princess Diana’s interview.

They were expecting that Prince William and Prince Harry will show a united front because it is their mom that’s at the center of the investigation.

Meanwhile, Woman’s Day previously claimed that Prince William and Prince Harry would be joining forces to protect their mom’s name.

A source told the tabloid that Prince William and Prince Harry had expressed their support to their uncle, who is launching an inquiry into Princess Diana’s Panorama interview.

The insider also said that Prince Harry loathes the British press, so he’s ready to wage a war on various publications.

“Harry’s never gotten over the fact that he wasn’t able to protect his mother from the pain she went through and he’s determined to avenge her,” the source said.

However, Prince Harry never released a statement on the matter.
