BTS Members Prove They Are The Billboard Kings With 'BE', 'Life Goes On'
BTS is unstoppable, from releasing Dynamite, dropping its newest album entry entitled BE, snatching a nomination at the Grammys Awards, to winning big at the recently concluded 2020 Melon Music Awards and 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards: the band still sits atop the Billboard 200 chart for its second week!
BTS dominated Billboard charts with BE
The South Korean all-boy group proves its massive power and populace as the band is going stronger on its place at the Billboard 200 chart. For the second week, BTS still soars high in the renowned charts, besting other music releases of other famous musicians of today.
According to Soompi, it was reported last week that the world’s most phenomenal K-pop group debuted at the No. 1 spot on the ever-famous Billboard Top 200 charts, making BTS’s newest album BE the most popular album that certain week in the US.
On top of BE’s skyrocket reign at No. 1 on Billboard 200, the album’s title track Life Goes On also made its way to the same spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, hailing the Big Hit Entertainment boy group the first male artist and the second overall artist throughout Billboard history to finish two entries at the No. 1 rank in the same week figures.

And on Dec. 6 (Sunday), Billboard officially confirmed that BTS still is on the top rank on the Billboard 200, taking the third spot. In the figures released by Nielsen Music, BE bagged a whopping 55,000 albums unit for the week that ends on Dec. 3.
RM, Suga, J-hope, V, Jin, Jimin, and Jungkook are the Billboard kings
In an impressive report by Forbes, the all-boy group is credited for half of all the songs that have dominated the Billboard Global 200. With tons of famous artists rising to fame this year, BTS still managed to soar above, also amid the global pandemic.
The songs that made BTS fly in the Billboard Global 200 are Dynamite, off from its BE album, Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat) with Jason Derulo and Jawsh 658, and also Life Goes On, that still on the chart to date.
Aside from the album and songs of BTS making its place on the Billboard charts, members RM and Suga also made their way to the list of Billboard’s Hot 100 Songwriters. As per Geotv, the Top 10 list hails the bandleader RM at No. 3, while Suga at No. 9.
