Meghan Markle and Jessica Mulroney allegedly stopped talking briefly amid the scandal that the latter was involved in.

In its December 14 issue, Star claimed that Markle and Mulroney had a brief falling out before realizing that life is too short not to be friends.

A source told the tabloid that Markle and Mulroney have no choice but to support each other because they are in need of friends.

And when Markle was struggling to be accepted by the royal family, Mulroney was there for her.

Now that Mulroney is going through many things, the Duchess of Sussex has also made it a point to uplift her spirits.

The insider also said that Markle and Mulroney are so close that they sometimes argue like sisters, but they also love each other like siblings.

However, the tabloid’s claims cannot be farther from the truth.

Last month, Mulroney spoke with Page Six and said that she and Markle never stopped talking.

The former Good Morning America host also confirmed that she and Prince Harry’s wife never had a falling out.

In fact, she and Markle FaceTime every day. And the Duchess of Sussex also asks how she’s doing daily.

Meanwhile, the tabloids have been pitting Markle and Mulroney against each other.

In July, The Sun claimed that Mulroney was distraught and devastated because Markle never stood up for her after being accused of being a racist.

The tabloid also claimed that Mulroney was worried that Markle and Prince Harry would cut her out for good.

In August, another source told The Sun that Mulroney tried to steal Markle’s thunder because she posted a lengthy message on social media on the day that Finding Freedom was released.

Two weeks later, New Idea claimed that Mulroney was ready to expose the dirt on her former BFF.

An insider claimed that Mulroney was writing a tell-all about her friendship and falling out with the Duchess of Sussex.

The source also claimed that Mulroney cried her heart out after Markle froze her out. As such, she’s ready to tell her side of the story.

However, three months have passed, and there’s still no tell-all from Mulroney. And by the looks of it, there never will because she and Markle are still friends.

And just like what she recently said, she and Markle never had a falling out.
