Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus’s relationship has been one rocky ride. The pair who met on the set of Nicholas Spark's novel inspired film ‘The Last Song’ had a heavy-hitting relationship. Miley and Liam got married back in 2018 but has since divorced for unknown reasons.

Now, in a most recent interview, Cyrus reveals that she still loves her ex-husband ‘very, very much’ during Howard Stern’s radio show.

The two’s relationship lasted for 10 years, but they have been on-and-off, and there was even a point in their dating history that Miley and Liam seemed to really part ways. No more reconciliation.

They went on with their lives, with Miley continuing to channel her creative energy through her music, while Liam became more successful in his film career.

In the interview, Miley reveals that during their marriage, there was ‘too much conflict’ going on between them. She also shared that both she and Liam had no plans to marry.

The ‘Party In The U.S.A’ admits that her marriage to Liam was ‘like running towards fire.’ She described how the California fires in 2018 had a big influence in deciding to marry Liam.

Miley explains that during the fire, their Malibu home was gone, and all her belongings, all the songs she made, the memories went down as the fire burned.

The singer was in South Africa when this happened. The event left her traumatized and devastated. She explained that she was clinging on to a memory of the home and all its contents with Liam.

“I had so much and it was all gone. Every song I had ever written was in that house. Every photograph of me that my parents had given to me, all my scripts, I lost everything.

‘What could be purposeful about this?’ I just clung to what I had left of that house, which was me and him,” She shared during the interview.

28-year-old Miley Cyrus then went on to say that she will always love Liam, and always will. The pair have been divorced for over a year now, and both are living separate lives.

Miley is still based in Los Angeles, but Liam has since been spending most of his time back in his homeland in Australia. He is also dating Australian model Gabriella Brooks while Miley stays single after her break-up with singer Cody Simpson.

The pair have confirmed after their divorce that no reconciliation will be happening.
