Kim Woo Bin is the latest actor to leave his long time agency to join his girlfriend's Shin Min Ah's management team.

According to a report by Soompi, Kim Woo Bin left SidusHQ and signed an exclusive contract with AM Entertainment, the agency that manages his long time girlfriend Shin Min Ah.

"We will provide full and generous support for Kim Woo Bin's overall activities, which will include but not be limited to dramas and films. Please show lots of interest and support for his future activities," the agency announced as it confirmed reports of Kim Woo Bin's move.

Kim Woo Bin, an award-winning actor who appeared in critically acclaimed films like Master and coming of age film Twenty, as well as successful television dramas like Heirs, Uncontrollably Fond and School 2013, is currently preparing for his comeback after he went on a two-year hiatus due to health reasons.

In 2017, as he was preparing to film for Wiretap, he was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer, a unique form of cancer that required extensive treatment and medication.

Throughout his ordeal, his girlfriend Shin Min Ah reportedly remained by his side and supported him as he sought to get better from his illness. Fans consistently kept an ear out for news of his recovery and were happy to see him back in the public eye last year when he made his first public appearance as a presenter at the 40th Blue Dragon Awards. Fans collectively flocked to social media to share how happy they well the actor looked after his battle with cancer.

Last month, sources reported that fans should expect a comeback from Kim Woo Bin this year since his condition has improved greatly. The source said that Kim Woo Win Bin is positively reviewing several options from Korean filmmakers who want to work with the actor again.

Another report cited that the actor has been confirmed to join the show Humanimals, a documentary type program about the life, death, and coexistence of humans and animals.Actors Yoo Hae Jin, Ryu Seung Ryong and Park Shin Hye have also reportedly signed on for the project.

The show will take the presenters and the production crew to different locations such as Thailand, United States, Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa and the actors will share their unique perspectives on their experiences and interactions with the wildlife in the region, reported Hello Kpop.
