Yesterday it was revealed that Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik were pregnant with their first child. Now we know that they are actually having a girl!

According to the Daily Mail, the gender reveal party was actually done during Gigi's 25th birthday celebration. This was already the speculation of some fans once news of Gigi's pregnancy broke out. Many went back to her posts to check if they can get any clue about her pregnancy and true enough, some eagle-eyed fans instantly saw something. 

Gigi's pictures from the part revealed some balloons used as decoration had pink or blue ribbons tied to them. This can only mean that the birthday party also doubled as a gender reveal celebration. Aside from the balloons, fans also saw Bella, Gigi's sister posting paper bag that had some stickers over it. Apparently, the covered words stood "hello little one," as reported by Page Six. 

Though Yolanda Hadid is the first to admit to the news, Gigi herself confirms her pregnancy in her interview with Jimmy Fallon on 'The Tonight Show'. In the promotional clip, she says that she would have wished that they could announce it on their own terms. She also shared what she has been craving for since pregnancy. Apparently, she has been eating an everything bagel a day, which explains why it was her birthday cake. 

The news is very much welcomed by fans of the couple as this can mean that they are really serious about their relationship now. They started dating in 2015 after Gigi broke up with singer Cody Simpson. The relationship seemed to be going strong as the couple even took on some projects together. Gigi appeared in Zayn's music video for his song 'Pillowtalk' and even had a campaign with Versace together. But they eventually broke up by 2018. What follows was reconciliation and then another break up in November 2018 which lasted until December 2019. 

Rumors that the couple got back together by the end of 2019 came when they were spotted together in public. Eventually, Gigi posted pictures of Zayn in her Instagram with one even calling the former One Direction member her Valentine. 

Fans thought that they were just enjoying their time in quarantine together only to find out that they are actually preparing for the birth of their firstborn. They are staying in Pennsylvania at the farm that Yolanda Hadid owns along with other family members. But since Zayn reportedly owns a farm that is just near Yolanda's place, they may also be staying there to also enjoy some private time with just the two of them.
