Chrissy Teigen recalled the time spent following the tragic loss in September. The 34-year-old model, who was expecting her third baby with her husband, John Legend, opened up about the time passed since the news broke.

Teigen once again took Instagram to look back at the time and noted that it is mentally painful to deal with while she addresses her followers. The Cravings: Hungry for More author shared a picture of herself covered in a black outfit and a black scarf on her face.

She also donned a black hat in the picture as she wrote about her physical challenges, sadness, exhaustion, and brutal months. Although Teigen recently celebrated Thanksgiving with her husband and two children, daughter Luna Simone Stephens, 4, and son Miles Theodore Stephens, 2. It seems the A Legendary Christmas with John and Chrissy star is going through a rough patch despite her happy pictures and videos being shared from time to time.

"I already see the leaves as orange instead of grey, realized the sky is indeed blue and not black, and horn honks on my forced morning walks only bring me to my knees half the time," she added. Moreover, she tried to explain her state of mind by saying that she might take the stairs and stop once or twice but not every time.

Teigen further said that she doesn't mind getting out of a bathtub, but she wants her husband to dry her off. The couple has been trying hard to pass through the rough patch, and at the same time, they want people to talk openly about the miscarriage.

The duo appeared on Good Morning America on Nov. 24, and they discussed the crisis openly with the host. The 41-year-old singer and songwriter admitted that he wasn't sure about clicking pictures of his wife following the tragic news while she held their late son Jack captured on that moment.

However, the singer said that his wife convinced him to click that picture as it will always remind them of the little Jack. The singer addressed miscarriage as a "crazy thing" because it doesn't let you walk away but makes you feel empty.

The singer further said that they both wanted to capture that moment to keep memories of their late son. On the other hand, Teigen supported Meghan Markle, who also opened about her miscarriage but received major backlash.
