Britney Spears heads towards a tropical getaway in style before her birthday. The 38-year-old pop star will soon turn 39 and before that, she went to Maui in her private jet. The singer and actress revealed that she has been working on herself while battling with her own father, Jamie Spears, in the court.

The I'm a Slave 4 U singer flew with her 26-year-old boyfriend, Sam Asghari, for a vacation before her birthday falls in December. The couple took Instagram to share a bunch of pictures as they board the private jet.

The duo could be seen happy in the pictures and posing in white outfits. Both of them covered their faces with white and black masks and documented their vacation with several posts. In one of the pictures, the pop star is relaxing on her seat in the jet while resting her arms behind her head, while in another picture, the couple shared had breathtaking scenery.

She donned a plain T-shirt in white color with khaki tiny shorts and completed the look with brown leather strappy wedges. However, the singer's signature blocks were kept in an updo and wore aviator shades with very little makeup.

The pop star also shared a bunch of healthy meal pictures that included vegetable and fruit platters during their course of transit. Spears captioned the pictures to inform that she is working on herself at the moment while adding emojis of manicure, orange, rose, broccoli, pineapple, and sun.

Her boyfriend flaunted his muscles as he donned a white T-shirt, Air Jordan 1 sneakers, and grey sweatpants. However, it seems that the singer is getting a much-needed vacation and having the company she enjoys the most.

Now, it seems the star has found a way to escape herself from being upset amid losing her conservatorship battle. According to Samuel D. Ingham III, the singer is frightened because of her father. The singer's lawyer made the accusation on Nov. 10 amid the conservatorship hearing.

Attorney Ingham also stated that the star wouldn't perform anywhere until her father doesn't give up the control, as per Entertainment Tonight. "Mr. Spear's sole motivation has been his unconditional love for his daughter, and a fierce desire to protect her from those trying to take advantage of her," Jamie's lawyers stated in the documents earlier.

The vacation was planned soon after the family turmoil as she requested her father should get immediately suspended from being her co-conservator.
