Mandy Moore Flaunts Her Baby Bump As She Gets Emotional
Mandy Moore was honored with People's Choice Awards on Nov. 15, and she couldn't help but get emotional while accepting the award. The 36-year-old singer and actress is all set to welcome her son with her musician husband, Taylor Goldsmith.
The A Walk to Remember star flaunted her baby bump in front of the audience present virtually and dedicated the honor she received for Drama Television star to Goldsmith. She also addressed the 35-year-old singer as the love of her life and said that she feels overwhelmed that the baby boy will enter her life with Goldsmith.
"To all of you who championed and supported our show and the Pearson family from the beginning, we truly wouldn't be here without you. You are a part of our growing family," Moore said as she rubbed her hands on her baby bump. Moore further thanked fans virtually for supporting her drama, This Is Us.
The multi-talented star took Instagram to announce her first child with Goldsmith in September and revealed the baby's gender as well. She disclosed that the baby boy would enter their life in 2021 and posted a couple of black and white pictures.
In the pictures, Goldsmith could be seen keeping his hand on her belly and holding her with another hand while Moore smiles in the pictures. The When The Tequila Runs Out singer also shared some pictures on his social media.
Moore was previously in wedlock with singer and songwriter Ryan Adams, while officially split in 2016 after a long seven years of marriage. However, after dating Goldsmith for a while, they got married in 2018.
Moore portrays a mother in her popular daily soap and revealed during an interview that portraying the character of Rebecca Pearson has impacted her personal life. She admitted that the character helped her to be ready to have her own baby.
In the series, Moore plays two characters, mother and daughter. She plays the biological mother of Chrissy Metz and Justin Hartley while she is Sterling K Brown's adoptive mother.
She revealed that portraying a character that looks after children and experiences them at various stages and chapters of their life for five years seemed to have prepared her to become a mother in real life. While she seemed to be prepared for her motherhood, she still wants her parents to get involved and advise her from time to time.
